Royal New Zealand Air Force

RNZAF Challenges RNZAF Challenges

Assignment: The Royal New Zealand Air Force engaged Saatchi & Saatchi to devise a campaign that would target adolescent males in order to fulfill their recruiting goals.

My Role: I oversaw the entire production end-to-end, including contract negotiations, discovery, development, post-launch maintenance and postmortem project success assessment.

Toyota NZ Custom YouTube Channel

Assignment: Create a custom YouTube Channel with a custom CMS allowing client to update content themselves.

My Role: Oversight of this project from scope to delivery

Challenges: This channel required oversight of an in-house development team that had little experience developing on the YouTube platform.

Mazda North America Site Redesign Strategy and Planning

Assignment: Mazda North America asked Sarkissian Mason to provide a strategy and planning documentation for the redesign of their entire online ecosystem, including website, social and mobile

My Role: I oversaw all strategic direction as well as the plan to implement the new design direction.

Toyota's Enterprise-Wide Use of 3D Technology

Problem: Toyota marketing vehicles were in short supply--there were never enough to go around. In addition, the development of marketing prototypes was costly to Toyota on an enterprise-wide level--millions spent each year in developing these vehicles. Creatively, executions were limited by what could physically be done with a vehicle in a physical space.

Assignment: Deliver and continuously improve toyota.com, a 3,000+ page website

My Role: Oversight of two redesigns, ongoing updates and maintenance, internal and external development, media development and production to drive traffic to the site. Management of internal studio--including multimedia designers, developers and producers.

Tui Facebook App

Assignment: Saatchi brought Tui the idea to develop a Facebook application showcasing a social competition in which users would be able to propose fun-filled, off-the-wall challenges to be completed with their friends. These challenges would then get posted to their walls and the winner would be chosen by Tui to experience their "Legendary Session."

My Role: I oversaw the scope, design and production of this application which was developed by a third party vendor.

New World Website

Assignment: Saatchi was asked to design and develop the New World grocery store website for the New Zealand market.

My Role: I oversaw the ongoing maintenance and updates to this site as well as the technical back-end and infrastructure requirements of this website.

New Zealand Defence Careers

Assignment: Saatchi & Saatchi responded to an RFP delivered by the New Zealand Defence Force which requested that three individual service websites be combined into one. The three websites included those for the Air Force, the Army and the Navy. In addition, the RFP specified that the winning agency must also design a new application process which would integrate with the New Zealand Defence Force's newly acquired Sales Force CRM system. Lastly, the RFP also required that the winning agency generate considerable content to populate the final website.
